About CloseEase
Tools built around how you win and keep clients.
CloseEase builds and repairs the tools your business runs on, so your people can spend their time on clients instead of busywork. We're based in Canada, and we've been at it since 2022.
Hi, I'm Georgio, the founder of CloseEase. My background is in sales, so I know how a pipeline should work, from the first call to a signed client and the work that follows. That's why everything I build fits the way your business wins and keeps its clients.
I started CloseEase in 2022 with my brother. I build and repair the tools behind the work, from the places your clients log in and the tools your staff use every day to the CloseEase CRM, and I look after them after launch.
Meet Georgio
It started with fixing problems at work.
Years in sales showed me where work gets stuck. Here's how that turned into CloseEase.
- Started CloseEase
- 2022
- Sold in
- Canada and Japan
- Proudest build
- The CloseEase CRM
- Outside work
- Kickboxing and martial arts
My background is in sales. I started in university, selling everything from credit cards to door-to-door internet, and later sold high-ticket media placements in Japan. Over the years I worked with publicly traded companies and start-ups, and I kept seeing the same inconsistencies at all of them.
Big or small, they shared the same problem: good people losing hours to busywork. They were typing the same client details into three systems just so the CRM would update, sending the same copied email with a few words changed, chasing documents that had already been sent and rebuilding the same report every week.
So I started fixing those problems while I was working there. The first thing I built came at 20, long before today's AI tools: an outreach system that emailed about 100 enterprise CEOs a day, paced so it never hurt the company's ability to send email. When finding the companies got boring, I automated that too, until my only job was checking the list. It filled my boss's calendar with qualified meetings.
That's how I found out how much I love building solutions, and that I have a knack for it. It helps that I know how a sales pipeline should work, so what I build fits the way a business wins and keeps its clients. It's a big part of why I've been one of the top performers in every role I've had, and some of those fixes are still running at companies I've since moved on from.
In 2022 I started CloseEase with my brother as an automation company. Later we realized that building apps gave us more room to be creative, so we started building those too. Some of our first clients are still with us, and I treat every client like a company I own a share in, because I want to see it grow. When several clients asked for very similar builds, I combined them into the CRM I'd wished for through years of using nearly every major one from the sales side. That became the CloseEase CRM, the build I'm proudest of, now used by companies across several industries.
"Sometimes the simplest fix is the best one."
A lot of firms keep adding tools and steps in the name of efficiency, and end up with a house of cards that slows their people down. One human slip can undo the cleverest automation. I'd rather keep your setup simple and hard to get wrong, so technology does what it's good at and your people focus on what it can't do. It costs less to run, too.
Relationships first
I believe businesses are built on relationships, and a relationship doesn't survive a bad recommendation. So I only recommend and build what I'd be happy to support for years, and if a small fix solves your problem, that's what you'll hear from me.
What I won't sell
Top of the list is a fully automated sales team. Anything your customers see should still be approved by a person, because people can tell when they're talking to an AI. That's why the chat on this site sticks to short questions and hands you to a person when you need one.
Japan
I've spent most of my adult life in Canada. In my late twenties I moved to Japan to sell there, in a language I didn't speak and with business etiquette very different from North America's. I sat down with presidents of leading companies in hospitality, manufacturing and education. It's one of the most rewarding things I've done.
Outside work
I'm a kickboxer and martial artist, which is where a lot of my drive comes from. Family comes first, and my friends count as family. If I call you "brother", that's why.
Who we work with
Service firms with a problem that keeps coming back.
We work with established service businesses of around 5 to 50 people. If one specific problem keeps costing you time, that's where we come in.
- Agencies
- Consultancies
- Recruiting firms
- Outsourced service teams
For most firms, the first thing worth fixing is onboarding: getting a new client from signed to ready to start.
How we work
Find. Fix. Support.
We start with how your work happens today, then pick the fix that suits it: connecting the tools you already have, repairing what's there or building something new.
Find
We look at one process, find what's causing the problem, and you get a written plan and a quote at the end. CAD $750 + HST, and if you go ahead within 60 days, the full $750 comes off the price of the job.
The FindFix
We build what's missing, get your apps talking to each other or repair what you already have, and it does what we agreed in writing.
Support
Help after launch, so what you paid for keeps working. What's covered, how you report a problem and how fast we respond are all written down.
What we build and repair
- Tools your staff use every day
- Places your clients log in
- Apps that talk to each other
- Busywork that runs on its own
- Websites
- Custom apps
- AI features
- The CloseEase CRM
How we think
We'd rather tell you a problem is small than sell you a big project.
- We start with how your work happens. The right fix depends on what's really going on, so the tool comes second.
- Sometimes the answer is to leave it alone. If something works, we'll say so. It's still a useful answer, and a cheap one.
- Use what you already pay for.We only recommend new software when what you have can't do the job.
- Support is written down. You know what's covered, what gets checked, how to report a problem and how quickly we respond, because it's all agreed in writing.
- AI when it's the right tool.Sometimes the best fix is AI. Often it's a well-built form.
- Proof you can check.Client projects are shown anonymized, and demos use made-up companies and say so.
Work
Client projects, shown anonymized.
Client work is shown with made-up names and never the client's own content, so their secrets stay theirs.

Pharmacies sign in to send and track delivery requests and only ever see their own records, while the company brings new pharmacies on board from a simple built-in client list.

A member portal and program builder that takes the business side of a coaching program off the owner's plate. Clients who pay get in straight away, members work through the program week by week (on their phone too), and the owner can spot anyone drifting before they quit.
