Case study · Client project
A partner portal that brings new pharmacies on board.
CloseEase built a partner portal for a medical delivery company. Pharmacies sign in to send and track delivery requests and only ever see their own records, while the company approves and signs up new pharmacies from a simple built-in client list and follows every delivery from one screen. It was built as a Fix, with Support after launch.

The problem
Every pharmacy and every request, in one place.
Pharmacies needed a simple way to send delivery requests and follow every stop. The company needed one screen showing every delivery across every pharmacy, and a way to bring new pharmacies on board.
Patient details are sensitive, so each pharmacy could only ever see its own records, and the data had to stay in Canada.
What was built
Two sides, one portal.
A web portal with two sides, one for pharmacies and one for the company's operations staff, plus a simple built-in client list for bringing new pharmacies on board.

New pharmacies, approved from one list.
A pharmacy that wants to become a partner shows up in a small client list. The company approves it and sends the login from there, so signing up a new partner happens in one place.

Pharmacies send requests, with several stops at once.
Each pharmacy signs in, requests a delivery and follows every stop. Pricing and how-to pages live in the same place, and a pharmacy only ever sees its own records.

Every delivery, across every pharmacy, on one screen.
The company follows every delivery from one screen and marks stops done.

It works on a phone too.
The partner portal works in a phone's browser as well as on a desktop.
What it does
In short.
Built as a Fix, with Support after launch.

Why it matters for service firms
Swap pharmacies for clients and deliveries for requests, and it's the same shape.
New clients get approved and set up, send work in through one door and see only what's theirs, while the people doing the work see everything in one place.
If you run an agency, consultancy or recruiting firm, that's the handoff you run every time a client signs.
