For agencies, consultancies and service firms
Tell us what's making work harder than it needs to be.
Your team should be doing the work clients pay for, not chasing details across five apps. We find what's slowing you down, build or repair the tools that fix it, and keep them running.

Sound familiar?
For most service firms, the trouble starts the moment a new client signs. If one of these made you wince, you're in the right place, and every one of them is fixable.
- Your new clients wait while you chase their details. Everything arrives by email, form and phone call, and someone on your team has to hunt down whatever's missing.
- You type the same information in three places. Every copy is one more chance for a typo to reach a client.
- Nobody can tell you what's ready. Answering "can we start on this one?" means walking around the office asking.
- Work gets lost between the sale and the start. Sales says yes, the people doing the work hear about it later, and the gaps show up halfway through the project.
- Your software doesn't fit how you work. So your team works around it, and the workarounds quietly become the real system.
- Your app stalled halfway. It was supposed to fix everything. It's been "almost done" for months.
- The tool you need doesn't exist yet. So it lives in a spreadsheet and in one person's head, and that person would like a vacation.

Find. Fix. Support.
Find
We look at how the work really happens in your business, find what's causing the problem and tell you plainly what should change.
You get: the real cause, what we'd change, exactly what we'd build and a price, all in writing before you commit to anything.
Fix
We build what's missing, connect the apps you already pay for, or repair what's broken. That could be a tool your team uses every day, a place your clients log in, a step that runs on its own, a website, an app, or AI where it helps.
You get: something that does what we agreed, tested before you see it, a walkthrough for your team, and a set period after launch to fix anything that's off.
Support
Once it's live, we keep it working as your business changes, so what you paid for keeps paying off.
You get: regular check-ups, a clear way to get help when something breaks, and everything that's covered written down, so there are no surprises.
The CloseEase CRM
Our most-requested builds, in one system.
We kept building the same few things for clients, so we built them once, properly. Here's what your team gets:
- One inbox for email, texts, social and website chat, so nobody has to check five apps.
- Work that starts on its own the moment a client says yes.
- Quotes that turn into paid invoices, without you chasing anyone.
- Every client, deal and conversation in one place, so nobody has to ask around.
Sign up today and your log on details arrive by email. Not sure it fits? Ask first, and you'll get a straight answer.

Projects
Use the remote to flip through some of our work. Client projects are shown anonymized, and the demos use made-up companies, so nobody's secrets end up on TV.
Client work
Names, brands and prices in the screenshots are made up, and the client's own content is never shown.
Client projectPharmacy delivery portal
A partner portal that brings new pharmacies on board and keeps every request in one place. Built for a medical delivery company. Pharmacies sign in to send and track their own requests, and the company signs up new pharmacies and follows every delivery from one screen.
- Client project
Coaching program platform
A member portal and program builder for a coaching business. It takes the business side of the program off the owner's plate. Paying clients get in straight away, members work through the program week by week (on their phone too), and the owner spots anyone drifting before they quit.
Built by CloseEase
Working demos, plus three pieces of the CloseEase CRM rebuilt as standalone apps. Every firm in them is fictional.

Client Kickoff
From signed to ready to start. It reads the email, the form, the call notes and the tracker together, then gives you one page: what's missing, what doesn't match, and the email to send.

Ask the Manual
Answers from your own handbook, with the passage quoted. Your staff ask in their own words and get the firm's own answer, so the same five questions stop landing on your desk.

Paper to Data
Statements of work, job orders and invoices, turned into checked records. It reads a document and types it up for you, with every number traced back to the page it came from. Nobody has to retype an invoice again.

Triage Desk
A shared inbox, sorted before your coffee. It sorts a messy shared inbox into five piles, pulls out the details and drafts the replies.

Quote to Paid
From yes to paid, without the chasing. One piece of the CloseEase CRM, rebuilt as a standalone app with its own look and made-up data.

Handoff Flows
When a client says yes, the work starts on its own. The part of the CloseEase CRM that kicks off the work for you, rebuilt as a standalone app. Each set of steps is drawn as a line on a subway map.

One Inbox
Texts, email, social and website chat in one place. The shared inbox from the CloseEase CRM, rebuilt as a standalone app.
How a project starts
- A short chat to see if we're a fitYou find out whether we can help before you spend anything.
- The Find, if it makes senseYou see what's really going wrong and what it will take to fix it. If you go ahead within 60 days, the full $750 comes off the price of the job.
- A quote for the FixYou see the price and exactly what's included before any work starts.
- The Fix, built to what we agreedWe test it before you see it, so you're not the one finding the problems.
- Support to keep it runningWe stay on hand when something breaks or your needs change, so what you paid for keeps working.
The Find
One problem.
One clear next step.
Pick the problem that's costing you the most. We'll look at that one process with you, find the real cause and hand you a written plan with a price. It's yours to keep, whether or not you hire us to build it, and if you go ahead within 60 days, the full $750 comes off the price of the job.
- One process, looked at properly
- A plain map of what happens today and where it breaks
- A check of whether the software you already have can do the job, so you don't pay for something you already own
- What we'd change, exactly what we'd build, and a quote. Sometimes the answer is to leave it alone.
- CAD $750 + HST, fixed. If you go ahead within 60 days, the full $750 comes off the price of the job.
About
Hi, I'm Georgio, the founder of CloseEase. Before this, I spent years in sales, working with start-ups and publicly traded companies alike. Big or small, I kept seeing the same thing: good people losing hours to messy handoffs, leaky pipelines and tools that didn't fit their work. So I started fixing them, first for the companies I worked with, then for clients of my own.
I started CloseEase with my brother in 2022 as an automation company. We soon found that building whole apps gave us far more room to be creative, and gave clients tools made for exactly how they work, so that's where CloseEase went. Because I come from sales, everything I build fits the way your business wins and keeps its clients.
If you run an agency, a consultancy, a recruiting firm or an outsourced service team, and one problem keeps costing you time, I'd like to hear about it. Read my story
Business is built on relationships, so I'll always tell you when a small fix is all you need.
Questions people ask
- Do I have to hire you after the Find?
- No. You walk away with a written plan and a price. Take it to anyone, or keep it in a drawer.
- What does the Find cost?
- CAD $750 plus HST for one process. If you go ahead within 60 days, the full $750 comes off the price of the job. The chat before it is free.
- Who do you work with?
- Established service businesses, usually around 5 to 50 people, with a problem that keeps coming back and someone who can say yes to fixing it.
- Do you build new things, or only fix old ones?
- Both. If what you have can be repaired or connected, we'll do that. If you need something new, we'll build it.
- We already have software. Do we have to replace it?
- Usually not. A lot of what we do is repairing the tools you already pay for, or getting them to work together. We only recommend new software when what you have can't do the job.
- Do you sell a CRM?
- Yes, the CloseEase CRM. We kept building the same few things for clients, so we built them once, properly, in one system. You don't need it to work with us.
- What does Support cover?
- Whatever we agree in writing: what's covered, what gets checked, how you report a problem and what it costs. New features are quoted separately, and if everything runs smoothly, you may not need a monthly plan at all.
- Is this an AI thing?
- Only when AI is the right tool for the job. We start with how your work happens, then pick whatever fixes it best. Sometimes that's AI. Often it's a well-built form.
- How do we start?
- Tell us what's going on. You'll get a personal reply by email within 24 hours to set up a short, free chat.
